BOUNCY CASTLE RENTAL WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY

This Waiver and Release of Liability is entered into between the customer and The Party Archway, hereafter referred to as the "Company."

1. Assumption of Risk

I, the customer, acknowledge and understand that the use of inflatable bouncy castles and related equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, equipment malfunction, or other accidents that may result in injury. I voluntarily assume all such risks.

2. Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the Company, its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, or damages arising out of or related to any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that may be sustained while using the bouncy castle(s), whether supervised or unsupervised.

3. Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from any loss, liability, damage, or cost that may arise due to my use, or the use by others under my supervision, of the rented equipment.

4. Supervision

I acknowledge that I am responsible for supervising the use of the bouncy castle(s) at all times during the rental period and ensuring that all participants follow safety guidelines provided by the Company.

5. Condition and Return of Equipment

I agree to return all equipment in the same condition as it was received. I will be responsible for any damage (beyond normal wear and tear) or loss that occurs during the rental period.

6. Compliance with Laws

I agree to comply with all local laws, regulations, and ordinances related to the setup and use of inflatable equipment.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements.

Rules

To ensure everyone has a safe and fun experience, please follow these rules when using our inflatable bouncy castles:

● NO SHOES All participants must remove their shoes before entering the bouncy castle.

● NO ADULTS ALLOWED This bouncy castle is for children only. Adults are not permitted inside.

● CLEAN FEET ONLY Please ensure feet are clean before entering to keep the inflatable sanitary for all users.

● NO SHARP OBJECTS Absolutely no sharp objects (including keys, jewelry, or toys) are allowed inside the castle.

● NO FOOD OR DRINKS To keep the inflatable clean and safe, food and beverages are not permitted inside.

● MAXIMUM 5 CHILDREN AT A TIME To prevent overcrowding and injury, please limit use to no more than five (5) children at once.

IMPORTANT: The supervising adult is responsible for ensuring all children follow these rules at all times.

Rental Info and Delivery Policy

A refundable deposit is required for all rentals and will be returned once items are returned in good condition. The deposit amount will be calculated after your rental request is submitted.

Free Delivery within 20 km of Tavistock, ON!
For locations beyond 20 km, a delivery fee will apply and will be calculated based on distance after your rental request is submitted.
